How To Unlock Locked IPhone
How to unlock a disabled iPhone, even if you've forgotten
How To Unlock Locked IPhone : It is true, your iPhone is no longer the last one launched on the market and now it begins to struggle at every release of the new versions of iOS but this does not absolutely justify the fact that from time to time it hangs, therefore, they are practically unusable.
The fault, “old age” aside, is probably to be found in unspecified processes that are sometimes mismanaged or, again, in an excessive use of memory. Fortunately for you, however, you happened on this tutorial dedicated to how to unlock locked iPhone and if you want I can, therefore, provide you with some useful tips.
If you give me a few minutes of your precious free time I will, in fact, indicate you, by thread and by sign, how to start again to use without any problems your occurrence of a situation such as the one in question. There are different procedures you can try to put into practice, in all cases you won’t have to do anything particularly complex, you have my word.
How do you say? These are not the reasons mentioned above that have sent the “bitten apple” to your mobile phone, but rather to have typed the unlock code on the device too many times and incorrectly. No problem, I can tell you how to proceed even in this case. The same is true if your iDevice has remained still on the screen with the logo of the apple and is therefore unusable. In short, in the end, you’ll see, you’ll get a pretty complete picture of the situation. Happy reading and … good “work”!
Force IPhone To Reboot
If your problem is that the iPhone you own has been “literally” paralyzed on a given screen or it no longer seems to respond to the commands and you would like, therefore, to turn it off and turn it back on to try to cope with the thing but not even for this seems to be towards , you can try to fix things by performing a forced reboot of the device. You ask me how? I’ll tell you right away.
All you have to do is just hold down for about ten seconds the power button of the device (which depending on the iPhone model can be on the top or on the right side) and the Home button (the one located in the middle below the screen) simultaneously until the display turns black. If you are using an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus, instead of the Home button you must use the Volume – (minus symbol) button, so you have to hold down the Power and Volume – (minus symbol) keys until the phone restarts and appears the apple logo on the screen.
If you are using an iPhone 8, an iPhone 8 Plus or an iPhone X, the procedure you need to follow is different from the one you have just seen together: you have to press and quickly release the Volume + key, press and quickly release the Volume key – and hold Press the side button on the right until the display turns off and the apple logo appears on the phone screen.
Subsequently, regardless of the iPhone model in your possession, release the keys and wait for the iOS operating system to be loaded from scratch. Enter, therefore, the unlock code of the device (if enabled) and the possible PIN of the SIM inserted in it, after which if everything went the right way and if there are no other problems you should finally be able to use normally.
As you can see for yourself, the procedure to put into practice is quite simple. Anyway, if you think you need more details or if, apart from rebooting the forced device, you want to find out what other systems are available to be able to restart the iPhone you can read my dedicated tutorial, to be precise, to how to restart iPhone.
Free Up The Memory
Although the iPhone is perfectly capable of managing RAM allowing users to open more and more apps simultaneously without having to close them from time to time and without encountering problems, in some cases, especially when the device in use is not exactly brand new, it can still cause some problems creating blocks and slowdowns. To cope with such a situation, therefore, it can be of great help to free the memory “manually”. How you do it? Let’s find out now.
Just to start take your iPhone and unlock it to access the Home Screen, then press and keep pressing the Power button (which depending on the iPhone model can be on top or on the right side) until you see on the display the lever slide to turn off.
Then release the Power button, then press and continue to hold the Home button for a few moments. By doing this you will be sent back to the Home Screen and the iPhone’s RAM will be released immediately.
If then what you are using is an iPhone X, the procedure to put into practice turns out to be slightly different from what we saw together just now due to the absence of the Home button on the device and the consequent reassignment of the available physical key functions. So, what you need to do in this case is to go to the iOS Settings section, select General and Accessibility, then AssistiveTouch and turn ON the relevant switch attached to the next screen.
Now, go back to the Generali screen, stop at Spegni, press the AssisteTouch icon on the screen (the light dot with the darkest circle around) and press and hold the Home button on the display for a few moments. Suasamente you will be asked to the Home Screen of and the iPhone memory will be emptied, just as seen before for the previous models of the Apple smartphone.
If you think you need more details, I suggest you take a look at my article on how to hover the RAM on the iPhone through which I proceeded to talk to you about the matter even more thoroughly.
Your problem is that you have typed the “iPhone by” unlock code several times in a row and now the “iPhone disabled” message appears on the screen and you would like to understand how to solve it? No problem. As anticipated in the opening of the post, I can help you even in this case. Read, therefore, the instructions you find below and you will immediately discover how to unlock your locked iPhone.
To succeed in the enterprise you need a computer and iTunes (on Mac is available “standard”, while on Windows you can get it by following the instructions I gave you in my tutorial on how to install iTunes). Then keep in mind that to use it for the purpose of this tutorial it is essential that you used it at least once to follow the synchronization of the device.
To succeed in your intent, then connect the iPhone to the computer using the special Lightning cable, wait for the device to be recognized by iTunes and the software to start automatically (if this does not happen you), then wait a moment for that the iDevice synchronization procedure is completed.
At this point, the download of the last version of iOS available for your will be started and at the end of the procedure a message will appear informing you that the iPhone has been restored to factory status. Once this is done, you will have to decide, by selecting the relevant option on the smartphone screen, if you want to configure your iDevice as a new **** or if you want to restore your data, apps and settings from a possible backup performed previously.
You point out that as well as that as I have just indicated, you can unlock your iPhone locked due to the excessive number of attempts to enter the wrong code by putting into practice an alternative procedure, one that involves the use of Find My iPhone. If it interests you, you can read my guide on how to unlock disabled iPhone to learn more.
Note: If after connecting your iPhone to iTunes in the software window you see a warning appear asking you to enter a code, try the procedure in question on another computer or go to the next step.
Exit the start screen
Have you turned your phone on and it has remained still on the screen with the logo of the apple and you have no idea how to unlock the now locked iPhone? Well, I believe it well. Unless you use the aforementioned iTunes you will not succeed. So let’s see how to proceed.
- take your iPhone, connect it to your computer via the Lighting cable and wait for iTunes to start (if you don’t have a Mac and if you haven’t already installed it you can read the instructions I gave you in the previous chapter to find out how to do it). While the iPhone is connected, make it enter recovery mode as described below depending on the model.
- All iPhones up to 6s and 6s Plus – Simultaneously press the Power button and the Home button for a few moments.
- iPhone 7 or 7 Plus – Hold down the Power button and the Volume button (Symbol minus) at the same time and keep them pressed for a few moments.
- iPhone 8, 8 Plus and iPhone X – Press and quickly release the Volume + (plus symbol) button, then press and quickly release the Volume – button (minus symbol) and hold down the side button for a few moments.
Once you have completed the above steps, you will then see the iTunes logo and a cable on a black background appear on the screen. Instead, on the computer desktop you will see an alert from iTunes indicating that a problem has occurred with the device for which you need to update or restore it. Choose Update to try to re-install iOS without deleting data or Restore. to return the device to factory status (always downloading the available version of iOS).
